Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sunday that Russia is preparing new attacks on his country’s energy infrastructure.
Meanwhile, the White House announced that US President Joe Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz agreed to continue to support Ukraine militarily and economically, and also reaffirmed their rejection of Russian nuclear threats, Al Arabiya reported.
This comes against the backdrop of international fears about the continuation of the “Russian-Ukrainian war” and the associated consequences on the humanitarian and economic levels. Russia is moving towards further escalation, and the West continues to support Kyiv.
