Vladimir Zelensky took over the headquarters of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Ukrainian news agency “Union” quoted a presidential decree on Friday.

The Supreme Command’s headquarters includes 18 members, including Head of the State Security Service Ivan Bakanov, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Kuleba, Head of the Border Guard Service Sergey Deniko, Minister of Defense Alexei Reznikov and Prime Minister Denis Shmyal.
Earlier, Zelensky’s office issued a decree on general mobilization in Ukraine within 90 days.
Zelensky previously announced that “Russian forces had infiltrated Kiev” and urged residents to be vigilant and abide by the curfew rules, emphasizing that “he did not leave Kiev and was with other representatives of power in the Kiev government district.”
This comes at a time when the Russian armed forces continue their second day of special operations in Ukraine to protect Donbass and demilitarize Ukraine to eliminate threats to Russia’s security from Ukrainian territory.
