Today, the Technical Committee for Competitions and Championships of the Saudi Arabian Handball Federation held a seminar with Premier League clubs for junior and youth divisions for the upcoming 2022-2023 AD sports season at the Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Sports City in Qatif. The seminar, chaired by Federation Council member Faher Gashi and in the presence of members of the Technical Committee and staff of the clubs, began with congratulations to the clubs that were included in the decision to ascend to the Youth Premier League clubs, while emphasizing the importance of the union. interest in these categories.
During the seminar, the proposals of the clubs for the next season were presented, and the mechanism and system of the Youth Premier League championship was explained, which will continue as last season, as well as the mechanism of the Youth League championship with its new system was explained after the number of teams was increased from 10 to 16 teams.
The draw for the Youth Premier League preliminary round has taken place as the first group consists of the teams: (Al Noor – Al Khalij – Al Huda – Al Wahda – Al Ibtisam – Al Omran – Al Hazm – Hira) the second group included teams: (Mudar – Al-Ahli – Al-Kara – Al-Mohet – Al-Safa – Esperance – Al-Qadisiya – Al-Hilal).
