Meanwhile, the mukhtar of Yenice Village, Bayram Durdu, said they were waiting for their rivals from Gümüşhane. “We used to watch them play in our childhood. There was not place for us for play. As we grew up we started playing too,” he said.
“It is a beautiful event with the arrival of our villagers of Gümüşhane. I hope it will continue in the future. We sew our pole with our own means, we do our net with rope. We made our rope lines. What we lack is our pole, net and ground. Since we don’t have any equipment, we make it ourselves and play like that, said Durdu, pointing out this place people from the age of 7 to 77 play volleyball-ball on snow.
