Four people died in landslides after a river in central Venezuela emerged from heavy rain, 50 people are still missing.
Search and rescue authorities said the waters of the El Pato River, which flows 67 kilometers southwest of Caracas, overflowed its banks and washed away a number of houses, shops and a slaughterhouse.
This brings the total number of those who died a few weeks ago to 22 due to heavy rains caused by the La Niña climate phenomenon.
