Although we still have to wait a few more weeks, a trailer has been released to give us a sneak peek into this thrilling world.
Introducing the Main Character
The trailer showcases the main character, Yuki Wakura, a third-year high school student at Kaminoge High School. Several years ago, an event changed the Earth, and a dangerous dimension called Mato opened, allowing menacing monsters to enter our world. Additionally, a new fruit called “Peach” emerged, granting supernatural abilities exclusively to women. Remarkably, Yuki possesses a unique power that enhances the abilities of those who consume the Peach fruit.
Yuki has already witnessed his sister being taken away to Mato, and now he faces the same fate. However, he is saved by Captain Kyoka Uzen of the Anti-Demon Corps 7th Division. She offers him a proposition: to join forces and fight against the monsters of Mato. The condition is that Yuki becomes her slave, but it’s a sacrifice he must make to protect humanity.
Impressive Production and Cast
The animation and soundtrack showcased in the trailer provide a glimpse of the captivating visual and audio aesthetics of the anime. The series is directed by Junji Nishimura and Goro Kuji, who have worked on renowned anime such as Ranma ½ and Glasslip. The compelling script is written by Yasuhiro Nakanishi, known for Kaguya-sama: Love is War.
