“We have already reports seen of victims and people begin to flee their homes to look for safety”, Filippo Grandi, UN High Commissioner for refugees, said in A declaration.

People in the South-East city of Mariupol woke up sound of explosions on Thursday and some started packing their bags to leave after theinvasion of Ukraine by Russia.
