The Ministry of Tourism has confirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has not made an official bid to host the World Cup, and the Ministry stated in a tweet via its Twitter account that the Kingdom is always interested in hosting major sporting events as part of promoting sports and tourism domestically in line with Kingdom 2030 vision goals.
