International Criminal Court Prosecutor Karim Khan said on Friday he was “increasingly concerned about developments in Ukraine after Russia launched a large-scale offensive”.
Khan said in a statement, “Ukraine and its surrounding areas son I am closely following the developments with increasing concern,” he said, emphasizing that “it is essential that all parties to the conflict comply with their obligations under international humanitarian law.”
