The meeting is scheduled to discuss the agenda set by the charter, which includes the approval of the minutes of the previous meeting, the appointment of 3 members to consider the minutes of the meeting and the appointment of independent observers.
The association is expected to witness the presentation of the president’s report, which includes activities carried out since the previous general meeting, which took place on October 6 last year.
A revised and audited budget and income statement will also be presented during the meeting, in addition to approving the financial statements and approving the budget, voting on proposals to amend the system, accepting membership, appointing a chartered accountant and discussing. proposals made by members and the Board of Directors.
