Former Syrian national team player Nader Juhadar died at the age of 45 and his son Taj after the collapse of the building he lived in in the coastal city of Jableh in an earthquake that hit several cities in Syria at dawn yesterday, Monday. The Syrian Federation mourned on his official Facebook account of player Nader Juhadar, saying: “The Syrian Arab Football Federation expresses its deepest condolences to the family of the former Syrian national team. star, Nader Juhadar, and to the families of the victims of the devastating earthquake that hit the country at dawn today, and wishes a speedy recovery to all those affected.”
Nader Juhadar wore an Al-Watba shirt, then played for Al-Faisaly and the Jordanian Al-Wehdat until the end of his career in 2008.
Striker Dzhukdar represented the Syrian national team from 1995 to 1997, participated with him in the 1996 Asian Cup, and last season coached the Lebanese team Peace Zgharta.
