The father of the child, Rinad, who breathed his last at school, accused one of the teachers of causing her death due to his continuous beatings, explaining that he wrote a report blaming the teacher for his daughter’s death. .
He said his daughter was beaten by an Arabic teacher the day before she died, resulting in an injury to her hand, pointing out that her mother took a picture of her hand injury and posted it on the school’s official Facebook page to inform the administration.
He confirmed that his daughter had a psychological condition the next day and asked him not to go to school for fear of being punished by the teacher, stressing that he assured her that the teacher would not harm her and asked her to go to his school. and got his phone number to contact her in case of any problems from the teacher.
He added that he was surprised by the visit of his teachers, who told him to go to school to check on his daughter because she had health problems, pointing out that as soon as he went to school, he found his daughter’s lifeless body. . with traces of saliva from her mouth in addition to her involuntary urination on herself. The victim’s father explained that the investigating authorities had decided to jail the teacher accused of assaulting his daughter by severely beating him to death for 4 days before completing the investigation, in addition to investigating the incident against the school principal.
The prosecutor’s office approached the competent director of the Department of Child Protection, and he decided that, after studying the case and discussing it with the parents of the children, he concluded that the defendant had physically harmed the children at school instead of giving them advice, and ultimately initially asked the relevant Department of Education to take the necessary administrative measures to eliminate the danger and provide the necessary psychological support to the children. During interrogation at the prosecutor’s office, the defendant denied that he hit the victim, claiming that he was surprised that she lost consciousness, so the school staff tried to wake her up, and for inaction, they took her to the hospital.
