Switch Version of Hatsumira -from the future undying- Set to Release in 2024
In an exciting news for fans, PROTOTYPE has announced the release of a Switch version for the popular fantasy visual novel Hatsumira -from the future undying-. According to the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu, the game will hit the shelves in 2024.
Hatsumira -from the future undying- originally launched in Japan on November 27, 2015, for PC, followed by a release on PS Vita on December 22, 2016. The PC version, with English language support, became available on Steam on April 28, 2022.
The Switch version of the game will include the event CG that was added in the PS Vita version, as well as additional scenes that were previously exclusive to the 18-and-older “X-Rated” version.

Synopsis
Set during the Pacific War, the story follows Ichiro Mimori, a Zero fighter pilot and petty officer, who unexpectedly crash-lands in a mysterious desert while about to carry out a kamikaze attack on an enemy ship. Lost and desperate for water, Ichiro’s fate takes a dramatic turn when he is saved by a enigmatic princess with the ability to transform into a dragon.
Now stranded in an unknown land with no way to return home, Ichiro embarks on a journey to fulfill a promise he made, despite the daunting challenges that lie ahead.
