The syndicate said in another publication that it is expected and certain that the evacuation of foreign nationals, whose efforts have been launched, will lead to increased danger for defenseless civilians, since experience has shown that the parties to the conflict from the Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces only care about the lives of foreign citizens, not respecting the inviolability of the lives of their civilians.
And she stressed that “the evacuation of foreign citizens is evidence of the non-fulfillment of the requirement for a ceasefire between the two sides and the expectation of the continuation of the armed conflict and its spread to residential areas across a large territory of the country, which caused real fears for these countries. Therefore, they seek to evacuate their citizens, expecting an increase in the number of injuries and armed violence.”
