The Kingdom won hosting the tournament during the 24th General Assembly of the Saudi Arabian Olympic and Paralympic Committee, which was held in May 2021. The tournament includes games: aikido, boxing, judo, jujitsu, karate, kendo. , kickboxing, muay thai, sambo, sawat, sumo, taekwondo, wrestling, wushu and fencing.
