The Saudi Arabian school handball team under 16 shines in international youth handball tournament in Italy

The Saudi Arabian school handball team under 16 today began its participation in the international youth handball tournament “Intramania” in the Italian city of Teramo, having played its first match at the tournament, defeating the Italian team “Palermo” with a score of 24:11. The victory came as a surprise for the Italian team as its players took control of the tournament.

Saudi Cultural Attache in Italy Dr. Tahani Al-Biz thanked the national team for their performance and level in their first appearance at the tournament, while the Head of the Saudi School Sports Federation Ali Al-Shaylan praised the level of the players in the match, hoping for new victories in the tournament.

It is noteworthy that today, on Sunday, the international youth handball tournament “Intramania” started in the Italian city of Teramo, which will last until the 15th of this month.
