The Russian Defense Ministry said the city of Kharkov is the worst in Ukraine, as the city’s hospitals avoid providing healthcare to civilians and limit them to military and combatants only.
This was stated by Mikhail Mezintsev, Head of the Department of Defense Affairs of the Russian Ministry of Defense, considering that the humanitarian situation in the city of Kharkov is the worst of its kind in Ukraine.
Mizintsev, “Kyiv”in “As the humanitarian situation in some of the population areas under its control continues to deteriorate rapidly, the most serious situation today is in Kharkov, where the city’s curfew is in effect.”
He explained that residents of the city of Kharkov, fearing provocations from ultranationalists, resorted to cellars, and many houses lacked heating, electricity and gas.
Mizintsev pointed out that hospitals refused to provide health services to civilians and were limited to serving only soldiers and fighters, and pointed out that “pharmacies do not have necessary and vital medicines”.
