Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the conflict in Ukraine will end with an agreement, but its content will depend on the military situation.
Lavrov added that the risks of nuclear war are “serious and real,” but Moscow’s position is to reject such a war, warning of the real danger of a third world war.
According to a text published by the ministry on its website, Lavrov said in an interview with Russian state television that Kyiv was not in serious negotiations.
