Vasily Nebenzya, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, confirmed that his country had collected convincing evidence of the existence of American biological laboratories in Ukraine. And Vasily Nebenzya sent two letters to the UN Secretary General and the Chairman of the Security Council, in which he said that “in accordance with Article VI of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxic Weapons, Russia is sending a formal complaint to the UN Security Council containing all possible evidence supporting this complaint.”
Once again, Russia called for a meeting of the UN Security Council today to study the proposed draft resolution.
The Russian diplomat stressed that the draft resolution “is aimed at forming a commission to investigate the accusations made by the Russian side against Washington and Kyiv regarding the launch of biological laboratories in Ukraine.”
Commander of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, said that if Ukraine detonates a “dirty bomb” (radioactive), radioactive isotopes will spread in the atmosphere up to 1,500 kilometers away and could cover Poland.
