He later added that “at least” half of Kyiv’s population is now without electricity, noting that “rescuers found a body.”
For his part, Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Timoshenko said in an online statement that the missiles were fired by Russian forces. He added that the situation with the power grid is “critical” after it was hit.
Soon the mayors of Lvov and Kharkiv announced that the two cities had been bombed.
