Saudi Arabian Driver Rakan Al-Rashed Participates in ERC European Rally Championship

A driver from Saudi Arabia, Rakan Al-Rashed, is set to take part in the ERC European Rally Championship. He will be participating in Rally Sweden, which marks the fifth round of the European Championship and features a total of 49 drivers from around the world. Rakan Al-Rashed has previously competed in World Rally Championship rounds in Portugal and Sweden, as well as several local European rallies with his Skoda Fabia R5.

The Swedish Rally is scheduled to start tomorrow morning and will run until next Saturday. The rally consists of 16 stages, covering a distance of 861 km along narrow and short gravel paths.

Rakan Al-Rashed has expressed his determination to enhance his abilities and skills by interacting with the best international riders and teams. He hopes to gain more experience and make significant contributions to Saudi sport in the future. He also stated that he will continue to work and compete in upcoming international competitions, including the Greek Rally, which is the tenth round of the WRC World Rally Championship, scheduled for September. Rakan Al-Rashed appreciates the support he receives from the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation during his participation in the European Championship and World Championship.
