Putin Tells African Leaders the List of Ukraine’s Security Guarantors
President Vladimir Putin told African leaders that the list of Ukraine’s security guarantors, approved by Russia in Istanbul, includes the UK, China, the US, Turkey, France and Belarus.

Putin Receives African Leaders Delegation
Earlier on Saturday, Russian President Vladimir Putin received a delegation of African leaders from Kyiv to discuss their initiative for a settlement in Ukraine.

Putin Assures African Delegation of Russia’s Commitment to Peace with Ukraine
President Putin assured the African delegation that Russia had never abandoned peace with Ukraine, and presented African leaders with an agreement signed by Ukraine after the arrival of Russian troops in the Kiev area, which provided for the fulfillment of Russian demands in exchange for the withdrawal of troops.
