The Saudi Arabian Football Association Chief Referee Committee yesterday concluded the eighth and final league meeting of the season for Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s Professional League rulers, which took place in Riyadh on Monday.
The course consisted of two parts (theoretical and practical), where in the morning there was a theoretical part, within which lectures were given on football law, and arbitration cases were considered in matches of 24-28 rounds of the professional league.
The evening period of the meeting witnessed field applications of VAR technology and fitness exercises in the presence of Committee Chairman Manuel Navarro, Director of the Uzbekistan Arbitration Department Farhad Abdullah and Curator of VAR Technology for the Australian Yellow Professional League. Serb Milorad Mazichi, chairman of the judging committee in Cyprus, Spanish behavioral analyst José Sanchez, Argentine fitness trainer Alejo Perez and director of the judging department in Thailand, 3 judges from the same country, VAR video technology trainer and 3 Oman. The training was attended by referees, as well as a VAR coach from Uzbekistan.
