Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Attends Gulf Studies Forum
His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the thirteenth session of the Gulf Studies Forum hosted by the Gulf Research Center at the University of Cambridge, UK, via videoconference today.
The Foreign Ministry stated that the Gulf countries act as a cooperative power and seek to use their strategic position, core capabilities, resources and capabilities to act as a bridge linking East to West and North to South.
“Our top priority has always been, both in the region and globally, to create conditions for development and prosperity, and this will be the main driving force of our foreign and security policy, and this is my main job as Minister of Foreign Affairs. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” he said.
Commitment to Conflict Resolution and Security
With regard to the current situation in the region, His Highness reaffirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting efforts aimed at resolving the conflict by peaceful means, strengthening security and strengthening trade relations in the region.
Desire for Gulf Integration and Unity
Prince Faisal also reaffirmed the constant desire of the GCC countries to strengthen the Persian Gulf integration and unity, as well as the collective solution of common problems.
