Opening new mosques and the maintenance of existing ones have even posed significant challengesÇavuşoğlu said in a video message to the conference, co-hosted by Turkish justice and foreign ministries in collaboration with the Permanent Independent Commission for Human Rights (CPIDH) of the organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
