Sharp-eyed playtesters have identified Pelayo’s Lighthouse as an instantly recognizable location on the new map introduced in Season Three of Modern Warfare II. The launch of Season Three is expected to take place in about a week.
FaZe Dirty, a popular YouTuber, was walking through the map when he noticed that a large building in the middle of the map was a replica of the central cabin in the Modern Warfare 2 (2009) Estate map. This discovery was made while FaZe Dirty was walking through the map. This was one of the most memorable maps the legendary shooter had to offer. It gave players a change of pace from the standard three-lane combat and threw them into a map featuring challenging angles and sightlines.
The Estate will not be making a genuine appearance in the third season update for Modern Warfare 2. A portion of the map, specifically the central building, has been reconstructed as a throwback, especially considering that most of the surrounding area, specifically Pelayo’s Lighthouse, is not the same as it was back in 2009.
However, even though it is not an identical map, it possesses features comparable to the original, such as the central building at the summit of the hill. However, it is a one-of-a-kind map because it is clouded in darkness and constantly being pelted with rain.
Even though some of the older environments have made a comeback, such as the layout of Terminal appearing again in Al-airport Mazrah’s or Dome being brought back in its entirety, there are still some maps that players are looking forward to being added. Fans of Call of Duty who started playing the series with Modern Warfare 2 in 2009 are eager for any old maps to make a comeback, even though it’s not like Estate was ever supposed to make a comeback in the first place.
The return of the Intervention, one of the most famous and illustrious sniper rifles in history, is one of the many pieces of content anticipated to be released in conjunction with the release of the Season Three update (in Call of Duty, at least). It goes by FJX Imperium and is immediately distinguishable from other models.

We recently disclosed that Season Three Reloaded’s release date would be May 10th, 2023. This update will bring even more new content to the platform and significantly expand what is already available for Season Three.
