The Wall Street Journal reported that American billionaire Elon Musk plans to build his own city on land he recently bought near Austin (the capital of Texas).
Yesterday, Thursday, the newspaper, citing informed sources, reported that Musk sees the workers of his companies as a kind of utopia in Texas, located along the Colorado River, where employees can work and live.
Some sources said the planned city will be adjacent to SpaceX and Boring Company buildings being built in Texas. Model houses, swimming pools, an outdoor sports ground and a gym have already been built.
For his part, Steve Davis, Musk’s senior aide, spoke about his boss’s bigger plans, including building an entire large city.
It is known that under the laws of the state of Texas, a city can only be registered after its population is at least 201 people.
At the same time, a spokeswoman for Bastrop County, where the next city of Mask is being built, said that the agency has not received such a request from the billionaire or his affiliates.
