Today, the Racing Club organized its 48th Taif Season 2022 Horse Racing Party at King Khalid bin Abdulaziz Square in Al Hawiyah with a large gathering of people. The ceremony included eight races of various degrees and classifications for different ages and categories.
The race included three rounds of the King Khalid bin Abdulaziz Field Championships, as the mare “Lakerta Rayem” – the daughter of the stallion GUTAIFAN – won the 1400m Field Championship Mare Cup – Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, and Training Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz under the leadership of the horse Mohammed Said, while He won the Maidan Cup among thoroughbred Arabian horses at a distance of 1600 m, the horse Mutawakil Al-Khalidiya – the son of the stallion Laith Al-Khalidiya – on the sons of Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz and the training of Saad Mutlak, led by horse Eddie Castro. The third field cup of King Khalid bin Abdulaziz in the 1600 m was from Nasib Al-Jawad “The Great Scott” – Ibn Al-Fahal REQUINTO – Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz and the training of Abdullah Musharraf under the fictitious Adel Al-Faridi.
On the other hand, the Horse Racing Club Challenge Cup at a distance of 1400 m was won by the mare Ibtisar – the daughter of the stallion Al-Haraq – for the sons of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, and Ahmed Mahmoud was trained by the horse Abdullah Al-Fairuz.
While the results of the races and mares in the remaining races were as follows:
The first half at a distance of 1200 m was won by the mare Al-Tarub – the daughter of the stallion TURNS – the owner of Abdulaziz bin Mualla Al-Sahli, and in training Turki Al-Sahli, led by Eddie Castro’s horse.
– The second half at a distance of 1200 m was won by horse Anmar – Ibn Al Fahal POMEROY – the owner of Ayed bin Sunat bin Sunitan Al Shaybani, and the training of Ayed Al Shaybani, led by the cavalry of Fawaz and Nas.
– The third round at a distance of 1600 m was won by the horse Abu Khalaf – the son of the stallion Asi Claire – the owner of Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Qahtani, and in training Abdulaziz bin Jalal, led by the horse Alexis Mourinho.
In the fourth run at a distance of 2400 m, the horse Salaf won – Ibn Al Fahal DUBAI DESIGNATION – owner Ali Bin Dail Mahdi Dale, and training Ali Dale led by Fawaz and Nas cavalry.
