The Kingdom has completed all humanitarian evacuations of its citizens and nationals of fraternal and friendly countries from the Republic of the Sudan; This was in accordance with the directives and subsequent actions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness the Crown Prince – God bless them – and in response to requests received by the Kingdom from many countries around the world. The humanitarian evacuation carried out by the Kingdom included 8,455 people (404 citizens and 8,051 people belonging to 110 nationalities) evacuated by a group of Royal Saudi Navy ships and Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft.
The Kingdom also assisted brotherly and friendly countries in the evacuation (11,184) of its citizens to the Kingdom and then to their home countries, and provided them with full care and follow-up during the evacuation and after their arrival and stay on its lands and before their departure. From him.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the gratitude of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the brothers in the Republic of Sudan for their cooperation in facilitating the evacuation, and also expressed gratitude to all the governments of the brotherly and friendly countries that followed the affairs of their citizens evacuated from the territory of Sudan and cooperated in stopping procedures related to their return to their home country.
