The mayor of the city of Kharkiv, located in eastern Ukraine, said that electricity had been cut off in parts of the city after Russian air attacks.
Mayor Igor Terekhov wrote on the messaging app Telegram today, Monday, that the city had come under three air strikes this morning. He noted that one of the targets of the attacks was the energy infrastructure.
Terekhov added: “Electricity is cut off in some areas of the city, there is no water supply,” he added that work is underway to eliminate these problems.
