The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation mourned the death of the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who passed away to the Supreme Comrade today, Friday, Shawwal 12, 1443.
His Excellency Organization Secretary General Hussein Ibrahim Taha expressed his sincere condolences and sincere sympathy to the leadership, government and people of the United Arab Emirates, the family of the late great man and all the Islamic people in connection with this great loss and contributed to the support, empowerment and rebirth of the UAE, as well as their fame in the Arab, Islamic and international environment.
His Excellency the Secretary General emphasized that the deceased, through his wisdom and ability, contributed to the advancement, growth and development of the United Arab Emirates, as he was one of the most prominent humanitarian leaders in the Emirates and beyond.
He prayed to Almighty God to bless the deceased with His great mercy, settle in his vast gardens and inspire his relatives and the people of the Emirates for patience and comfort.
