The Journey of a Little Girl and Aliens: Hulu Announces Release of “No One Will Save You”
With the publication of the first image from No One Will Save You, Hulu has announced that they will be releasing a film that will go deeply into the journey of a little girl who discovers aliens living in her house. In addition to providing a sneak peek at the future journey, the streaming service disclosed that the movie will debut on its library of offerings on September 22nd. This makes it the ideal pick to get viewers in the mood for the spookier months just around the corner. Brynn Adams, the main character of the show, is played by Kaitlyn Dever, and she is the type of person who will do all in her power to stay alive in the place that was intended to be her haven.
A Glimpse into Brynn’s World
A Labor of Love
While also fulfilling his responsibilities as a producer for the movie, Brian Duffield was in charge of directing the production while it was being worked on. And as if taking care of all of that work wasn’t enough, the film’s director also penned the movie’s screenplay, which made it a labor of love for Duffield. When Brynn discovers that monsters live in the same house as her, the stakes are raised to an even greater level because they were previously lower. Brynn will have to utilize her skills to stay alive, much as Sigourney Weaver’s character, Ripley, had to devise smart ideas to overcome the extraterrestrial forces trying to murder her.
Kaitlyn Dever’s Previous Hulu Role
Kaitlyn Dever has previous experience acting in a Hulu original film, as she played the lead role in Rosaline, which was released a year ago. The well-known play by William Shakespeare is given an entertaining new spin in this film by having it unfold from the point of view of Juliet’s (Isabela Merced) cousin. Rosaline, played by Kyle Allen, was Romeo’s first girlfriend, and the drama’s plot centered on her shock and dissatisfaction upon learning that Romeo was more interested in her cousin Juliet. However, Romeo and Juliet end up together, and in a happy twist of fate, they do not meet a tragic end to their story. On the other hand, the conclusion of the story differed from what had been witnessed about these characters in the earlier parts of the story. The young couple could benefit from a happily ever after every once in a while.
From Skull Island to No One Will Save You
Before Brian Duffield could give his full attention to the movie production about a young girl who discovers aliens in her closet, he was working on a different project. Skull Island is an animated series that follows the narrative of a group of young people who go to the area that gives the show its name to save a friend of theirs who has become trapped there. They would shortly conclude that the island is nothing like what they had been led to believe and that it is inhabited by enormous creatures constantly attempting to consume them. Even Kong, the powerful guardian of the island, is at a loss as to what to do with the intruders, which sets the stage for an adventure packed with action and emotion.
