Green Volleyball Opens West Asian Youth Championship in Syria

Our volleyball team begins its way to the West Asian Championship with a meeting with the Syrian team, which ends its matches in the preliminary round against Qatar. This is a tournament scheduled to take place at the Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Sports Hall in Qatif, with 4 matches per day, from 22 to 31 July. The draw for the tournament was held via video link and the teams were divided into two groups of five teams each. The Saudi Arabia national team got into the second group along with the teams of Qatar, Kuwait, Syria and Palestine, and the teams of Iraq, Bahrain, the Emirates, Jordan and Lebanon entered the first group.
