The Saudi Arabian national basketball team will start their campaign at the Asian Championship 2022 tomorrow, facing host Indonesia.
Al Akhdar are looking to win and improve their chances of qualifying before facing their Australian counterpart on 14 July and then facing their Jordanian counterpart on 16 July in a first group of 3 teams.
The 16 participating teams were divided into 4 groups: the first will immediately advance to the quarterfinals, and the second and third must determine their qualification for the quarterfinals through a match played by the second from group (A) against the third from group (B), and the second from group (B ) Against the third from the group (A).
The Saudi Arabia national team completed their preparations for the tournament by taking part in the final stage of the World Cup qualifiers and advanced to the second stage along with Lebanon and Jordan, and then went to the training camp in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
