The Crime of Expelling Palestinian Families from the Jenin Camp: A Violation of International Humanitarian Law
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned in the strongest possible terms the crime of expelling and moving Palestinian families from the Jenin camp from their homes under spurious pretenses of security, against the backdrop of the intimidation of the camp by the Israeli occupying forces. Palestine in 1948, emphasizing that what is happening in Jenin is a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions, calling on the international community and relevant United Nations institutions to intervene immediately to protect the civilian population from the oppression of occupation.
