What is Feige is no longer to be done
The Marvel Cinematic Universe is already well underway with its multiverse saga. Parallel universes sometimes intertwine and you only have to see the movies Loki, Spider-Man No Way Home, or Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness to realize this. The theories and possibilities are beginning to multiply.
In the book “Marvel Studios: The Marvel Cinematic Universe An Official Timeline,” author Kevin Feige left clues about the future. He acknowledged that there are stories – films and series – that are canonical to Marvel but were created by different writers during different periods of Marvel history.

Always more possibilities
This last sentence is intriguing – with the principle of the multiverse, Marvel could use it to integrate all the Marvel series or films that were not originally linked to the MCU. For example, this could include the X-Men movies now that they are part of Disney. It could also explain the arrival of Deadpool and Wolverine within the extended universe. Additionally, characters like Professor Xavier, played by Patrick Stewart, made an appearance in Dr. Strange 2.
Marvel could also use the multiverse to formalize the integration of the Fantastic Four, the Silver Surfer, Daredevil, or even Venom, despite the fact that there might be reboots with new actors. For example, Venom made a small appearance at the end of Spider-Man No Way Home.
By colliding these universes with that of the MCU heroes, it justifies the appearance of various characters. The multiverse can also be used to converge certain universes, allowing Marvel to get rid of certain characters and storylines. This could serve as a good excuse for a reboot after Avengers Secret Wars.
