And, if you’re a racing game enthusiast, then you’ll be excited to know that Forza Motorsport is making a comeback on October 10th. This reboot aims to get back to the essentials, providing a more immersive racing experience.
But that’s not all! On October 20th, Super Mario Bros. Wonder will be released, providing a refreshing two-dimensional adventure that is sure to take you back to the good old days of gaming. On that same day, Sony’s big triple AAA game, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, will also be released. Fans of the series are eagerly anticipating the release of this game, as it promises to be even better than the first.
And finally, taking advantage of the Halloween season, Alan Wake II will be released, providing a spooky and thrilling experience that is sure to leave you on the edge of your seat. It’s hard not to get excited about all these releases! However, one title that was expected to be released this year, Alone In The Dark, has been postponed to a later date. We’ll have to wait a little longer to see what this game has in store for us.
Alone in the Gloom!
According to recent reports, Alone In The Dark, the highly anticipated video game, will not be released on October 25th as originally planned. Instead, THQ Nordic and Pieces Interactive have postponed the release for several months. The decision was made after careful review of the release schedule and consideration of the best possible timing for the game’s launch. While fans may be disappointed by the delay, the development team is committed to delivering a polished and exciting gaming experience.
Horror games thrive on the eerie embrace of solitude, something that is impossible to achieve in a gaming month as busy as October.

For Pieces Interactive, rescheduling Alone In The Dark to January 16, 2024, was simply the best option considering the release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Alan Wake 2 during the same period.
