CAF Champions League: Zamalek of Egypt beat Elect of Chad 2-0

Egyptian team Zamalek score an important victory over their host, Elect Sport of Chad, with two unanswered goals, in the match that brought them together today at the Ahmadu Ahidjo Stadium in Cameroon, in the first leg of the preliminary round of the African Champions League. With this victory, Zamalek advanced to the 1/8 finals of the tournament, where a draw or even losing by goal difference in the second leg at the Cairo International Stadium next Sunday.
