“If the United Nations does not condemn what Russia is doing, it is the law of the jungle. It’s the law of the strongest, the one who is powerful then invades others using brutal force“, he told reporters as he walked to a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels.
“If the United Nations does not condemn Russian behavior, it is the whole international system who is put in cause,” he added.
