The Kingdom of Bahrain expressed its strong condemnation of extremists in Sweden who burned copies of the Holy Quran in a Swedish city, usually as an act of provoking the feelings of Muslims and a serious insult to their shrine, as well as incitement to hatred and violence.
The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the international community must strongly condemn such heinous practices that are contrary to freedom of religion or belief and coexistence, and that efforts must be made to strengthen the values of tolerance, coexistence and religious freedom. and combat the ideology of extremism, bigotry and exclusion, and prevent the abuse of all religions and beliefs.
