Arab Futsal Championship 2023: First Round Ends with Morocco, Kuwait, Egypt, and Iraq Victorious
Yesterday, Wednesday, the first round of the group stage of the Arab Futsal Championship 2023, organized by the Arab Football Association and hosted by the Federation of Saudi Arabia, ended at the Ministry of Sports in Jeddah province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Results of Wednesday’s Matches
Four matches took place on Wednesday, with the following results:
- Morocco beat Comoros 5:0
- Kuwait beat Lebanon 5:4
- Egypt beat Mauritania 7:2
- Iraq beat Palestine 6:0
Morocco vs. Comoros
Idriss Rais (two each), Youssef Gawad, Hamza Buzian and Osman Bumza scored the goals for Morocco in the first match.
Kuwait vs. Lebanon
In the second match, the goals of the Kuwait national team were scored by Abdullatif Al-Abbasi (two goals), Giorgio Al-Khoury (reverse goal), Saleh Al-Fadhel and Omar Al-Mansour, while the goals of the Lebanese national team came through Steve Kuzian, Muhammad Amin, Mustafa Rahim and Issa Mahreza.
Egypt vs. Mauritania
