Surprise! Apple’s Upcoming Event
Apple has one more event this year, and it’s expected to be a standalone event due to supply chain issues. In the past, Apple would announce additional hardware through press releases, but this time they decided on an event.
The event, called “Scary Fast,” is scheduled for 5PM PT/8PM ET on Monday night, right before Halloween. The easiest way to follow along is by visiting Apple’s events page or watching the live stream on YouTube.
The focus of the event is likely new chips, as indicated by the theme and the AR effect on the invite that transforms the Apple logo into the Finder widget. Expectations include a new 24-inch iMac and a MacBook Pro refresh powered by M3 and M3 Pro chips. A 32-inch iMac/iMac Pro may also be in the works for next year.
There may be updates to the iPad line with the possibility of USB-C connectors. It could also be an opportunity to introduce new AirPods Max colors or standalone USB-C cases. Additionally, expect the event to showcase the Vision Pro and potentially debut more content.
We’re excited to see what Apple has in store!
