During the meeting, His Excellency the Ambassador listened to an explanation of the efforts of the Coalition to combat terrorism in four areas (intellectual, media, combating the financing of terrorism and military), as well as the role it plays in coordinating the efforts of the member states of the Coalition. The Ambassador was also informed about the latest developments and developments related to terrorist groups and events around the world and the monitoring and follow-up mechanisms on which the coalition is based in this regard.
Ambassador Al Junaidi commended the great efforts made by the coalition in the fight against terrorism and its eradication in partnership with international organizations and alliances engaged in the fight against terrorism and violent extremist ideology, as well as the great and innovative role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is built on the support coalitions and everything that would cut the roots of terrorism and criminal groups.
On the other hand, Major General Al-Maghidi stressed the strategic importance of the State of Chad at the international level due to its strategic position on the African continent and the fact that it is one of the member states of the Islamic Military Coalition against Terrorism. since its inception and has been playing an active role in the fight against terrorism on the African continent, noting the desire of the Islamic Coalition to receive representatives of the State of Chad to work side by side with fellow representatives of other countries in everything that will contribute to the fight against terrorism and fight extremism.
