Saudi Arabia U-23 coach Saad Al-Shehri has announced the green list for participation in the 2022 U-23 Asian Cup in Uzbekistan.
The list includes 23 players: Nawaf Al-Aqidi, Abdul Rahman Al-Sanbi, Abdul Rahman Al-Shamri, Saud Abdul Hamid, Waleed Al-Ahmad, Khalifa Al-Dosari, Hasan Al-Timbukti, Mishal Khairallah, Muhannad Al-Shankiti, Hamad al-Yami, Miteb al-Harbi, Awad al-Nashiri, Ibrahim Mahanshi, Hamid al-Ghamdi, Ziad al-Juhani, Musab al-Juwayr, Hussein al-Issa, Ayman Yahya, Turki al-Ammar, Haytham Asiri, Abdullah Radif, Muhammad Maran, Firas Al-Braykan.
Players Hassan Al-Timbukti and Firas Al-Braykan will join the team’s mission in Tashkent as soon as the first training camp of the Saudi Arabia team in Spain is completed.
The delegation of the Saudi Arabia U-23 team is due to fly to Uzbekistan next Monday in preparation for participation in the tournament, which is scheduled to start on June 1 next year.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi green team will open their participation in the Asian Cup against Tajikistan on Friday, June 3, and on Monday, June 6, will play their match against Japan, and on Thursday, June 9, will meet the UAE team.
