The Al Ahly team continues daily training in preparation for the resumption of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional League. Al-Ahli finished their second friendly match with a big win over Damak (5:3) in a match held last Saturday at the club’s stadium.
There were many ups and downs in the match as Al Ahly ended the first half with a 2-1 win and in the second half Damak came back strongly to equalize and then take a 3-2 lead.
The Al Ahli players organized their ranks and regained control of the match, they managed to score three goals in a row and end the match with a 5-3 win.
Omar Al-Soma (two goals), Fahd Al-Hamad, Muhammad Majrashi and Abdullah Al-Muqrin scored for Al-Ahly while Dhamk Celaya, Hilal Sudani and Ammar Al-Najar scored.
Al-Ahli team will finish their friendly matches on April 28 with a meeting with Al-Tai.
Al-Ahly team will resume matches of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional Cup against Al-Batin on Thursday, May 5, in the 26th round.
