Rami Abbas denies Salah’s move to PSG
Rami Abbas, the agent for Liverpool’s top scorer Mohamed Salah, has been keen to respond as quickly as possible to rumors that the Egyptian star is moving to France’s Paris Saint-Germain in place of Lionel Messi.
A meeting in Morocco?
French press reports claimed that a meeting between Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Salah took place in Morocco.
Rami Abbas responds on Twitter
Rami Abbas responded via his official Twitter account to a report from Get French Football News claiming that Salah had met with Al Khulaifi in Morocco to discuss the possibility of him joining the Paris club. The team will replace Messi, who recently moved to the American club Inter Miami.
Commenting on the newspaper report, Abbas said: “Salah did not meet with anyone in Morocco during the training camp of the national team. This is a short story.”

Al Khulaifi and Salah in Morocco
Al Khulaifi traveled to Morocco last weekend to take part in the CAF Champions League final between Al Ahli and Moroccan Widad, while Salah took part in his country’s match against Guinea, which took place yesterday, Wednesday, in Moroccan city of Marrakech as part of the 2023 African Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
Salah’s contract with Liverpool
It is worth noting that Salah signed a new three-year deal with Liverpool last summer that will keep him at Anfield until 2025.
