Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has called on the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the United States to stop arms supplies to Kyiv if they are “really interested in resolving the Ukrainian crisis.”
In an interview published on Saturday by China’s official news agency, Lavrov also stressed that the Russian attack on Ukraine is “going according to plan,” adding that “a continuous flow of all types of weapons is entering Ukraine through Poland and other NATO countries, and if the US and NATO really interested in resolving the crisis. “First of all, they must wake up and stop supplying the Kyiv regime with weapons and ammunition.”
Lavrov stressed that the Russian attack was proceeding according to plan, and stated that “the special operation that began on February 24 is going according to plan, and all the goals of the special operation will be achieved, despite the obstruction by our opponents.”
