The Saudi Arabian mission continues its efforts to rescue earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria.
Civil defense spokesman Colonel Muhammad Al-Hammadi said the Saudi search and rescue team is using all modern and specialized devices to search under the rubble of earthquakes in Syria and Turkey.
Al-Hammadi added that work is being done in stages to search under the rubble using vibration devices, in addition to protecting the work area and workers at sites threatened by collapse with vibration control devices for buildings adjacent to the search operation.
The death toll from the earthquake that hit southern Turkey and northern Syria about a week ago has surpassed 29,000, more bodies have been recovered from the rubble of collapsed buildings in the two countries, and the search for survivors continues despite fading hopes of finding them. .
