Al-Hilal beat the Moroccan sports team Vidad 5-3 in a match that brought them together today at the Prince Moulay Abdullah Stadium in Rabat, in the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup, which will be held in Morocco until 11 February.
The first half of the match ended in a goalless draw between the two teams, with Wydad’s first goal scored by Ayoub Al-Amoud in the 50th minute, and in the closing moments of the second half, player Mohamed Kno equalized for Al-Hilal, so both teams decided reach extra games that ended goalless.
The match ended with a penalty shoot-out, in which the victory was awarded to Al-Hilal, who will play with the Brazilian team Flamengo in the semi-finals of the competition, which will be held on February 7 at the Ibn Battuta Stadium in Tangier.
