The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club has documented the arrest of about 400 Palestinians by Israeli occupying forces in the West Bank since the beginning of this year. The Prisoners’ Club said in a statement that the occupying forces have carried out an arrest campaign in Jerusalem and the West Bank over the past 24 hours, affecting some 45 Palestinians, and that the campaign of raids and arrests continues. Pointing out that the number of Palestinians arrested by the Israeli occupying forces since the beginning of this year has reached about 400 Palestinians, including children and women.
On the other hand, a Palestinian boy was shot dead by occupying forces in occupied Jerusalem and his injuries were assessed as serious.
The Wadi Hilwe Information Center in Jerusalem said occupying forces continued to storm neighborhoods in the Old City and the Shuafat refugee camps, turning them into military barracks and attacking Palestinians, causing some to be injured and strangled.
